不曉得香辣蟹源自何處,但似乎在北方菜川菜館子中比較常見。跟乾版的麻辣火鍋,麻辣香鍋,很類似,不過顧名思義多了螃蟹這個主角。我在以香辣蟹出名的「順鑫園」吃過幾次,照著樣子在家玩。

螃蟹要稍微裹些生粉,放入油鍋炸一下,這樣味道會好很多。
是啊,炸過的東西都比較美味,哈哈 可是我在家是幾乎不炸東西 :P 做港式薑蔥蟹的時候用油較多 所以會裹上麵粉入鍋,半炒半炸 不過這道下螃蟹時鍋中已有醬了就沒加麵粉 我覺得在家做薑蔥蟹很簡單很好吃也不輸外面 但這道就還是要去那間餐廳,別間的味道也沒那麼好
感覺很香辣的好菜,妳老公好福氣. 他如果說是想出去吃飯的話,可能是心 疼妳做菜辛苦. Jackie
